Detailed Product Description

The fermenter is made of SS316L, with jacket made of SS304. 0.4 micron polish for both inside and outside. Equipped with SEW motor and reducer on the bottom, Mettler load cells and rubber hose connectors on the fermenter. The capacity of this fermenter is 50L.

It is a kind of an equipment used for mechanical agitation and ferment of materials. The device adopts the mode of internal recycling, dispersing foam by mixing blade and breaking them into pieces. And an aseptic respiration system or an aseptic internal-pressure ferment system is specially designed and installed inside the tank. In addition, the tank body is covered with a jacket so that the heating or the cooling circulation of media can be done via jacket.  All the parts in contact with media are made of the high-quality stainless steel featuring good service durability, which is in accordance with the GMP standard.
