This equipment is manufactured in accordance with customers requirements, which is applied to the methanol recovery, with the function of rectification of the methanol with 90% concentration up to ≥ 97% concentration.

JH1200 type methanol recovery system consists of heater, recovery tower, condenser, pressure stablizer and cooler. Among them, the methanol recovery tower is the main equipment.

Work Principle:

Dilute methanol, which is heated and transferred into methanol steam by the heat conductive oil in the shell side of the heater, enters into the tower bottom and then rise towards the tower top. By the function of the packing materials, the steam and the reflux liquid which flows down from the tower top conducts mass transfer and heat transfer process by adequate steam-liquid contact. The methanol content in the uprising methanol steam rises continuously, and the methanol to be discharged when the concentration of the residual methanol inside the tower kettle and the heater goes down gradually to 2%.

Characteristics:

It is made of SS304, polished well both inside and outside. It consists of several tower sections, which can be disassembled easily. The inside is packed by packing materials evenly.
