Detailed Product Description

The tank is designed according to GMP standard with advanced process technology ,automatic control system .Tank body is made by double skin ,inner skin polished to Ra0.45,outer skin is mirror coil to make tank appearance beautiful .The typical structure are :vapor or cooling water can be supplied in jacket which covered with insulation skin ;upside and downside are ellipse head ,so tank body is smooth and no any blind place ;non-centered agitator ,manway ,inlet ,return nozzle ,sprayball and (0.45um) air respirator at the topside ;outlet ,levelfitting at the bottom ;temperature gauge at the side .Control box can inspect and indicate liquid temperature ,consist temperature control ,inspect and indicate liquid level ,alarm function at the up/lower level limit .
