Detailed Product Description

The tank is designed according to GMP standard with advanced process technology ,automatic control system .Tank body is made by double skin ,inner skin polished to Ra0.45 , outer skin is mirror coil to make tank appearance beautiful . The typical structure are :Vapor or cooling water can be supplied in jacket which covered with insulation skin ;upside and downside are ellipse head ,so tank body is smooth and no any blind place ;non-centered agitator ,manway ,inlet ,return nozzle ,sprayball and (0.45um) air respirator at the to aside ;outlet ,levelliftting at the bottom;temperature pauge at the side .control box can inspect and indicate liquids temperature ,constant temperature control ,inspect and indicate liquid level ,alarm function at the up/lower level limit .

There is two types of  dense mixing tank and sparse mixing tank .
