The LCZ Series Pure Steam Generator adopts steam for heating. It produces non-heat source highly purified steam which is used for pasteurization or sterilization of vessels. It can effectively prevent recontamination of media from heavy metal, heat source and other dregs. This equipment is advanced in technology, original in design, compact and proper in structure. The shell features good effect of insulation, lower heat loss and higher thermal efficiency. It take little spacing and it is easy to install, operate and adjust. This equipment is widely applied to the pasteurization in the fields such as medical treatment, public health, pharmaceutical and foodstuff, which is in compliance with the GMP Standard.

Feature:

1.      The equipment is made up of evaporator, preheater, piping, pump, electric control system and so on.

2.      All the parts that are in contact with distilled water(including secondary steam) and raw water are made of SUS316L. The rest of parts are made of SUS304.

3.      The vapor pressure and temperature on heat sources can be displayed on the machine. The temperature of pure steam and the flux and pressure of raw water can also be displayed visually.
