The equipment consists of such parts as evaporator, condenser, automatic control box, multipolar pump, frame and etc. Evaporator adopts the technology of a rapid falling-film evaporating system, in which the evaporation can be realized by unprocessed water to be steamed into vapor through evaporating pipes. Then turning around 180° after coming into separating parts to make liquid drop and particulate separated fully. The quality of distilled water is in accordance with the requirement on water for injection stipulated by Codex of P.R.C(2000 Edition). It can be controlled automatically. The device can turn out pure steam used for sterilization purpose, featuring rapid distilled water output, good heat-insulation effect, perfect configuration and reliable quality.
