This equipment is a gigantic chemical reactor with a capacity of more than 10 cubic meters. It is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which features anti-corrosion and durability. The inner shell is polished and the outside surface is passivated by acid cleaning. Its also equipped with an agitation system as well as a jacket for heating. The agitation speed can be variable from 80 to 180 r/min according to different requirements of customers. The device can be used for different processes like hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation in many fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, foodstuff, light industry and etc. We can design and manufacture products strictly according to users various process requirements.
