Detailed Product Description

The tank is designed according to the GMP standard with advanced process technology, automatic control system. Tank body is made by double skin. The inner skin is polished to Ra0.45 and the outer skin is made of mirror coil which makes the tank appearance beautiful. The typical structure are: Vapor or cooling water can be supplied in jacket which is covered by insulation skin; upside and downside are ellipse head, so tank body is  smooth and no blind place; agitator with eccentric shaft; manhole, material input door, return nozzle, sprayball and (0.45um) air respirator at the side; outlet, levelfitting at the bottom; temperature gauge at the side. Control box can inspect and indicate liquids temperature, constant temperature control, inspect and indicate liquid level, alarm function at the upper/lower level limit.
